Your email signature can be located at the top of the page. To customize it, follow these steps:
1. Toggling Your Details
Utilize the toggles to turn off selected details and switch them back on. Ensure to click on ‘Save Changes’ after making any modifications.
2. Selecting Details
You can also choose which details you want to include in your signature. Use the arrows to change the order of details.
3. Downloading Your Email Signature
To download your email signature as an image, click on the ‘Download Image’ button. The image will be saved to your device.
Attaching Your Email Signature
Once you have customized your email signature, you can attach it to your emails following these steps:
1. Copying Email Signature
Copy your customized email signature by selecting the entire signature and using the copy shortcut (Ctrl + C or Command + C).
2. Pasting Email Signature
In your email client, locate the settings for email signature and paste your copied signature into the designated signature field (Ctrl + V or Command + V).
3. Sending Emails
Once attached, send an email to see how your recipient will receive your personalized email signature.
